Energize Pilates 

If your looking for Pilates classes that gets the body moving and working hard then this is the class for you.

We incorporate -

Low impact cardio,

Barre,

Pilates

Stretches 

 into a 45min workout that will get the Energy flowing through your body and improve your bodies strength and tone.

Who - 

Intermediate level class

Basic Pilates experience recommended

Not suitable for those with underlying injuries or physical conditions 

This matwork class will  run booked as a 10 week term.

Maximum 5 participants per session
