A flowing Pilates class that focuses on centering you through core and body strengthening exercises and also helping you feel more ‘centered’ in mind and body through stretches and relaxation.
We use the 6 Pilates Principles to guide us during these sessions which are -

No Pilates experience necessary
Would be better suited to those who are injury free.
All matwork classes run booked as a 10 week term.
