Centering Pilates 

A flowing Pilates class that focuses on centering you through core and body strengthening exercises and also helping you feel more ‘centered’ in mind and body through stretches and relaxation.  

We use the 6 Pilates Principles to guide us during these sessions which are -

Concentration​

Centering​

Control​

Precision​

Flow

Matwork Pilates for beginners or intermediate level, Central Coast Toukley
When - 

 

Wednesdays 11am - 2 spaces

Thursdays 7pm - 2 spaces 

Who -

Would be better suited to those who are injury free.  Contact us if you have any queries.

All matwork classes run booked as a 10 week term.

Maximum 5 participants per session
