Studio Sessions

Utilising traditional Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair and Arc, in our studio sessions we design a unique exercise program tailored especially for you.

Matwork Classes

Our matwork classes have a maximum of 5 clients, with specialised class options such as Post-natal, Pregnancy, Spine Health and Over 50's classes to help you focus on your needs.
