ONE SPACE LEFT Our Foundationscourse suitable for beginners. In this class we will take some time to cover the basic Pilates techniques, in areas such as breath, deep core control and how this effects your spine. A thoughtful Pilates class that helps you to not just exercise and move to find that the Mind/Body connection. This class is also great for those wanting to further their knowledge of Pilates, those simply wanting to care of themselves or those with minor aches and pains of the back neck and shoulders. I also recommend this class for post-natal women as an option for returning to exercise. Wednesdays 11am Term 1 runs for a 5 week course from 9th January.
