Service Description

A flowing Pilates class that focuses on centering you through core and body strengthening exercises and also helping you feel more ‘centered’ in mind and body through stretches and relaxation. We use the 6 Pilates Principles to guide us during these sessions which are - Breath Concentration​ Centering​ Control​ Precision​ Flow It is recommended that you have done at least 1 term of our Foundations classes before attending this session. Tuesdays 6.45pm Classes run in a 10 week term New term starts 13th July
