Service Description

A flowing Pilates class that focuses on centering you through core and body strengthening exercises and also helping you feel more ‘centered’ in mind and body through stretches and relaxation. We use the 6 Pilates Principles to guide us during these sessions which are - Breath Concentration​ Centering​ Control​ Precision​ Flow Suitable for those new to Pilates Tuesdays 5.45pm Classes run in a 10 week term Currently offering a 10% discount of all classes for term 2
